Duties
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and texturizing to meet each client’s unique preferences.
- Specialize in barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves, fades, and beard grooming to deliver classic and contemporary looks.
- Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients’ beauty goals.
- Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulations.
- Provide expert consultations on hair care routines, color theory applications, and product recommendations to optimize client satisfaction.
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and upselling retail products such as hair care items and nail care products.
- Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing techniques in hair threading, makeup application, and retail math strategies.
- Support store management in daily operations to ensure a smooth salon flow and excellent customer experience.

- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling for diverse hair types.
- Skilled in barbering services such as straight razor shaves, beard trimming, and fade cuts.
- Experience with advanced treatments like hair extensions and eyelash extensions.
