Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and appliances.
- Conduct inspections and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment to determine the best course of action for repair.
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems, such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils and filters, to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues in residential or commercial properties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and appliances.
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment effectively.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment commonly used in the HVAC industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Note: This job may require occasional field service work, including driving a company van to different locations.

Experience:
- HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- EPA Certification (Preferred)
- NATE Certification (Preferred)
