We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the position of Trash Thrower. This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our communities. As a Trash Thrower, you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of waste materials efficiently and safely. Duties
- Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas, ensuring all waste is properly handled.
- Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds though out the day.
- Operate back end of Trash Truck.
- Load and unload materials safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle used for waste collection.
- Follow all local regulations regarding waste disposal.
Requirements
- Ability to operate back end of trash trucks safely.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
- Must be able to pass any necessary background checks or screenings as required by company policy.
