Are you a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment? Do you have a passion for craft beer and excellent customer service? We're looking for a Taproom Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our taproom while also stepping behind the bar to pour pints and connect with our guests.
What You'll Do:

Oversee taproom operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of service.

Have a mix of administrative and bartending shifts.

Hire, train, and manage taproom staff, fostering a positive and upbeat team culture.

Handle inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships.

Maintain compliance with OLCC and health department standards.

Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and basic financials.

Work closely with operations manager and ownership on business goals and strategies.
What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in hospitality, bar management, or taproom operations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

Craft beer knowledge (Cicerone or other certifications are a plus!).

Experience with scheduling, ordering, and inventory management.

A friendly, approachable attitude with excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
