Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate menus that meet nutritional guidelines and accommodate dietary restrictions.
- Prepare and serve balanced meals and snacks in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and order supplies to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
- Practice food safety, including sanitizing procedures, proper storage, and temperature controls to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food production, kitchen management, or restaurant experience, preferably within a childcare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, inventory management, and cost control measures.
- Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and food service management in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent cooking skills with an understanding of nutrition standards for young children.
- Ability to practice food handling processes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
