Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle CX solution architecture and business consulting engagements.
- Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering.
- Design end-to-end CX solutions across Sales, Service, CPQ, Subscription, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Drive Lead-to-Cash and Service lifecycle transformation initiatives.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and create solution blueprints.
- Support presales activities, RFPs, proposals, demos, and POCs.
- Provide governance during implementation and ensure business alignment.
- Manage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Travel onsite to customer locations in San Jose, CA during key project phases.
Required Skills
- 10+ years IT experience.
- 6+ years Oracle CX Cloud experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Sales, Service, CPQ, Subscription, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Deep knowledge of Lead-to-Cash and Service Request-to-Resolution processes.
- Solution architecture and functional consulting experience.
- Presales, RFP response, client presentations, and workshop facilitation.
- CX transformation and business process reengineering.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
- Oracle Logistics Cloud exposure.
- AI/GenAI use cases in CX.
- Manufacturing, Public Sector, BFSI, or Healthcare domain experience.
- MBA or consulting background.
