Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and close sales effectively
- Conduct upselling by identifying additional products or services that benefit the customer, increasing overall sales volume
- Maintain accurate pricing information, update sales records, and organize merchandising displays for maximum visibility
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Follow safe lifting practices during heavy lifting tasks and ensure compliance with safety standards at all timesRequirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial driving and route driving preferred
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and merchandising principles
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently using proper techniques
- Familiarity with automobile transportation processes and DOT regulations is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and inventory effectively
- Background in military service or related discipline is a plus due to discipline and organizational strengths required for the role
