To support our expanding operations, we are hiring reliable, hardworking individuals across our regional service territory. Whether you are looking to service local accounts in your area or are open to traveling for specialized out-of-town assignments, we have immediate work opportunities available.
Opportunities & Scope of Work
We are looking for dedicated individuals to handle various commercial cleaning needs, ranging from standard facility maintenance to specialized services. Depending on your assigned account and skill set, your duties may include:
- General Commercial & Medical-Adjacent Cleaning: Servicing lobbies, restrooms, exam rooms, offices, and common areas.
- Specialized Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and operating floor scrubbing equipment.
- Window Cleaning: Interior and exterior glass care.
- Detail Work: High dusting, deep cleaning, and post-construction/specialized projects.
- Direct Collaboration: Working 1-on-1 directly with the company owner on specialized commercial accounts.
- Digital Reporting: Completing digital cleaning checklists and submitting before/after photos via our team mobile app.
General Requirements
- Experience: Prior cleaning experience preferred (commercial, janitorial, or medical/veterinary facility experience is a major plus).
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned work sites across local and regional accounts.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills, dependability, punctuality, and the ability to follow detailed instructions carefully.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a mobile app on your smartphone for job updates, check-ins, and photo uploads.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Versatility: Flexibility to work independently on solo accounts or as part of a multi-person crew.
Position Details & Work Location
- Work Location: In person (On-site across assigned local client facilities and regional travel routes).
- Work Arrangements: Opportunities range from part-time schedules to independent contractor (1099) roles with potential for W-2 positions based on performance and account needs.
- Travel: Opportunities available for both local account routes and regional/out-of-town travel assignments.
