Key Responsibilities

Lead with integrity and embody the Popeyes® culture

Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift and crew scheduling

Train and coach team members to ensure top performance

Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly

Maintain safety and sanitation standards

Oversee product production and inventory management
Requirements
-
At least one year of management experience

Must be 18 years or older
-
Willingness to learn all aspects of restaurant operations

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands

Effective communication with team and guests

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry up to 15 pounds

Frequent standing, kneeling, and stooping

Operate registers and assist with food preparation
