What You'll Do
- Safely administer medications to our residents. On average, our med-techs work with between 14 residents and 30 residents for medication administration.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
- Accurately document medication administration and resident observations.
- Partner with caregivers, nurses, physicians, and families to provide outstanding resident care.
- Assist with resident care and support as needed.
- Help create a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Current Core Delegation and Diabetes Certificate for RN Delegation.
- Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred.
- Dependable, compassionate, organized, and committed to excellent resident care.
