Who this is for
You walk into businesses cold and close deals. You’ve done it at Cintas, Unifirst, Sysco, Aramark, or somewhere similar. You don’t need warm leads – you thrive on building a book from scratch.
What you’ll do
- Walk into hotels, offices, and hospitals and pitch the facility manager directly
- Close recurring supply agreements – customers reorder every 30–90 days
- Own your territory end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, follow-up, and account management
- Build pipeline and expand market share consistently

- You have 3+ years of outside or field sales experience
- You are comfortable with cold prospecting and door-to-door sales
- You have sold in environments such as:
- HVAC, facility services, or commercial building products
- Payment processing, merchant services, or B2B services
- Telecom, ISP, energy, or business services sales
- You thrive in fast-paced, results-driven roles and are self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient
- You enjoy owning your territory and building something from the ground up
How you get paid
Base salary: $50k - $60k Depending on experience
OTE year one: $85,000 – $125,000+
Residual commissions – this is the real opportunity: Every account you close reorders every 30–90 days. You earn on every reorder – not just the first sale. Top reps in year two are earning significantly more without working harder.
