We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Field Sales Representatives to help manage our growing Orland Park and surrounding territory portfolios.No prior professional sales or marketing experience is required. We provide complete, fully paid on-the-job training in a modern office setting with a collaborative team atmosphere.
Position Overview:
As a Junior Field Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our client brands, managing local business-to-business portfolios. Please note: While daily field operations take place in Orland Park and adjacent suburban markets, daily morning team strategy and training meetings are held at our central office hub in nearby Tinley Park, IL. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in business development, corporate training, or territory management.
What You'll Do:
- Manage portfolios for new and existing commercial clients using proven direct marketing strategies.
- Deliver professional presentations directly to local business decision-makers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional, high-integrity service.
- Collaborate with leadership during weekly in-office strategy and training meetings.
- Develop leadership skills to eventually mentor and coach new team members.

Compensation Details:
- Expected First-Year Earnings: $50,000–$75,000 (includes training pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses).
- Top-Performer Earning Potential: Top representatives routinely exceed $100,000+ annually within their first 2–3 years. (Our training system works—our top performers have earned $75,000 within their first 6 months by following the system!
