TN Quality Roofing is a growing roofing and exteriors company dedicated to helping homeowners protect their homes with professional property inspections and high-quality roofing and exterior solutions. Headquartered in Chapel Hill, TN, we service the entire Middle Tennessee area.
We are looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. In this role, you will canvas residential neighborhoods speaking with homeowners and closing deals for roofing repairs and replacements.
This position is perfect for someone with a sales background who enjoys talking to people, working outdoors, and earning strong weekly income based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners and conduct free inspections
- Close roofing projects and follow up on execution
- Track appointments and basic customer information
- Represent TN Quality Roofing professionally in the community
- Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience is required (roofing a plus)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
