Grand Rapids Spray Tan is looking for an outgoing, friendly, dependable person to join our front desk team!
This is a very part-time position with 2–3 shifts per week. Ideal for Cosmetology or esth. student.
Position Details
- 2–3 shifts per week
- Primarily Wednesday & Thursday evenings, 3–9 PM
- Opportunity for an additional evening/ day or occasional Saturday shift
- In-person, client-facing position
- Fast-paced but fun and upbeat environment
- Consistent schedule with some flexibility
What You'll Do
- Greet and check clients in and out
- Answer phones, texts, and client questions
- Help clients with booking and scheduling
- Manage appointments through Vagaro
- Assist with retail sales and product questions
- Keep the front desk and salon areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Help with light salon tasks such as laundry and restocking
- Provide a friendly, positive experience from the moment clients walk in
- Will have other duties assigned to help around salon

- Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done
- Available consistently for evening shifts
Experience That Is a Plus — But Not Required
- Beauty, salon, spa, or retail experience
- Customer service experience
- Scheduling or booking software
- Vagaro experience
- Experience with spray tanning
- Cosmetology or beauty school experience

Schedule:

Additional shift opportunities may be available.
Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
