We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Brow & Beauty Specialist to join our growing team!
In this role, you will provide a variety of brow and beauty services including waxing, threading, brow lamination, lash lift, tint applicacion or henna and ombre brows, enhancing each client’s natural beauty while delivering a high-quality experience.

Duties
- Perform precise eyebrow threading to shape, define, and enhance clients’ facial features, ensuring symmetry and natural appeal
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable eyebrow shapes and grooming techniques based on individual facial structures
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations before and after each appointment
- Assist clients with additional beauty services such as laser hair removal, facial treatments, eyelash lifting, or Permanent Makeup.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare instructions, and available treatments like dermal fillers or botulinum toxin treatments
- Operate salon software systems like Square to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently
- Uphold all safety protocols related to sanitation, hygiene, and equipment maintenance in accordance with industry standards
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales of beauty products or services to promote client satisfaction and loyalty
- Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, or other advanced skincare procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with salon management software such as SQUARE or similar platforms for booking and client management
- Skilled in hair threading techniques with a keen eye for detail and symmetry
- Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for every guest from consultation to checkout
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff
