We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor with air freight experience to join our dynamic team and help ensure efficient, safe, and compliant warehouse operations.
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily floor operations within our air freight facility, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with TSA and IATA regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven leadership in warehouse or freight operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse inbound/outbound air freight shipments.
- Ensure compliance with TSA, IATA, and company safety standards.
- Supervise warehouse staff
- Communicate efficiently with the Warehouse Manager.
- Monitor inventory control, documentation accuracy, and cargo security.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in air freight operations.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience required.
- Strong knowledge of TSA, IATA, and OSHA compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification required).
- Flexible to work varying shifts, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
