Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and motivated Telemarketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote our roofing services and generate leads for our experienced roofing team. You will play a vital role in building awareness of Universal Roofing’s trusted reputation and offering homeowners and business owners solutions for their roofing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers via phone to introduce Universal Roofing services.
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of our roofing repair and replacement services.
- Identify client needs and schedule appointments for roofing consultations.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and ensure accurate follow-ups.
- Provide information about special promotions and offers to drive sales.
- Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, building trust and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar customer service/sales role (roofing experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
