Central Arizona Supply dba Benjamin Supply is looking for a motivated Outside Plumbing Sales Representative to develop & maintain relationships with plumbers, builders and designers in the Tucson metropolitan area. This position is based out of our Tucson, AZ branch. Our outside sales teams work with our showroom and inside sales teams to drive sales into the branches, while cultivating deep relationships and helping the client find the perfect products. Pay range based on experience + commission.
Our ideal candidate will have experience selling top quality plumbing products. More importantly, we are looking for an intelligent and charismatic person who values their clients and building relationships.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company and achieve sales goals within assigned territory.
- Develop strong and successful relationships with clients.
- Make outbound calls to sell company products.
- Identify opportunities to increase client base and improve overall sales performance.
- Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors.
- Promote new products and programs to existing and potential clients.
- Effectively and consistently utilize CRM and the Sales Process of Central Arizona Supply.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales representative in the plumbing product industry.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Team player who works productively with all departments and clients.
- Previous experience in CRM software that streamlines the tracking and management of client information, interactions, leads, and business opportunities.
- Excellent customer service rapport through great persuasive negotiation skills.
- Capable of handling difficult clients & situations through impressive problem-solving skills.
