What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans
- Design and adjust programming based on client progress and ongoing evaluation
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs, including training and performance feedback
- Support and guide families to ensure consistency and long-term success
- Collaborate with other providers and members of the treatment team
- Review and analyze data regularly to inform clinical decisions
- Complete intake assessments, reassessments, and discharge planning
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with BACB guidelines

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
