Job Summary
This is not a remote position. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Service Representative to join our team for this Entry Level position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing clients/prospects and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach, positive attitude, and effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services. The position offers a base pay plus bonus opportunities.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Have the ability to identify a cross-sell opportunity.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to retain clients and achieve retention targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members.
Experience
- Must have current Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- 1+ years of proven Insurance Agency experience.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs effectively.
- Must be multi-task oriented.
- Strong computer/data entry skills.
- Experience in Insurance Customer Service will be beneficial for this role.
