We are looking for a motivated entry-level sales representative to help generate leads through door-to-door outreach and neighborhood canvassing.
Job Description
This position is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys talking with people, and wants to learn sales in a local service-based business. You will be responsible for speaking with homeowners, introducing our services, identifying potential tree care needs, and generating quality leads for our team.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and neighborhood canvassing
- Speak with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner
- Contact and meet with HOAs, property managers, and community representatives to discuss tree care needs
- Identify properties that may need tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, pruning, cleanup, or emergency tree services
- Build trust quickly with homeowners, HOAs, and property managers
- Represent All Wood’s Tree Service professionally in neighborhoods and community settings
- Keep track of leads, contacts, and basic customer information
- Follow up with potential customers when needed
- Work independently and manage your own daily outreach goals
- Promote honest, helpful, and ethical communication with customers
- Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Previous experience in door-to-door, in-home sales, landscaping, tree service, or home improvement sales is preferred but not required
