Our team is expanding to include virtual physical therapists who can support our mission through personalized, movement-based care delivered remotely.
Job Description:
We’re seeking a licensed physical therapist with a strong foundation in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehab to work remotely with our chiropractic team and guide patients through customized therapeutic exercises and functional movement support via video sessions.
This is an independent contractor, part-time role with the potential to grow into a long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual movement assessments and functional evaluations.
- Prescribe and monitor exercise plans aligned with chiropractic care goals.
- Educate patients on proper biomechanics, postural corrections, and home-based rehab strategies.
- Review patient-submitted movement videos and provide asynchronous feedback.
- Communicate with chiropractors to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Track progress and make recommendations to optimize recovery outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of clinical experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal care.
- Experience or confidence working via Zoom/telehealth.
- Strong verbal communication and teaching skills.
- Reliable Wi-Fi and video setup.
Preferred But Not Required:
- Experience working with chiropractors or in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Passion for patient empowerment and functional outcomes.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible part-time
- 1099 Contractor role
- Pay: $50–$65/hour depending on experience and license location
