Store Manager
Perfumania and the Fragrance Outlet are a growing global retailer with opportunities for advancement specializing in designer fragrances.
We are opening a NEW store in Mall of America and currently seeking a Store Manager who is sales-driven that has experience driving results, building teams, and coaching performance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in achieving store and company goals, and in leading a successful sales team.
- Must be a balanced leader that drives results; develops talent and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to network, recruit, hire and coach your talent to exceed expectations.
- Responsible for all store functions including, but not limited to, opening, closing, ordering, maintaining appropriate stock levels, freight processing, and all day to day store activities.
- Responsible for managing sales, scheduling, payroll hours and productivity.
- Manage and influence team by communicating clear daily, weekly and monthly objectives.
- Role model that elevates selling services to exceed company goals.
- Energizes team to achieve sales results.
Qualifications
- 1-3yr prior retail and/or management experience.
- Strong, communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong selling and exceptional customer service skills.
