We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Elementary Teacher to join our Montessori team and inspire the next generation of learners. Responsibilities
- Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior guidance strategies.
- Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs, including students with special education requirements or autism.
- Monitor student progress regularly using assessment tools and performance data analysis to inform instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and educational technology integration.
- Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates on student performance and behavior, promoting a strong home-school connection.
- Incorporate early intervention techniques and differentiated instruction to support all learners’ development.
Qualifications
- Proven classroom experience in elementary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum implementation, standardized testing, and literacy education.
- Experience working with children with diverse needs, including special education and autism spectrum disorder.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor students while managing classroom behavior confidently.
- Familiarity with learning technology tools, educational compliance standards, and library services is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt lessons for different learning styles and monitor student progress effectively.
- Prior private school or Montessori experience is advantageous but not required.
