Raytek is looking for a driven Sales Director to build and lead our commercial sales organization throughout Arizona. Rather than simply selling yourself, your primary responsibility will be developing a team of high-performing commission sales representatives that consistently generates new business.
You will recruit, interview, hire, train, mentor, and manage the sales force while helping establish territories, sales systems, accountability, and long-term growth.

Compensation
- 100% Commission
- 5% override commission on all sales produced by the representatives you recruit and manage
- Unlimited earning potential
- No income cap
As your team grows, your income grows.
Responsibilities
- Recruit high-quality commission sales representatives
- Interview and hire new team members
- Train new sales representatives
- Develop sales processes and accountability systems
- Conduct weekly coaching and performance meetings
- Assist reps with larger commercial opportunities
- Build geographic sales territories across Arizona
- Work alongside ownership to continually improve the sales organization
- Personally generate business when opportunities arise

Experience in commercial signs, lighting, electrical, construction, facilities management, or commercial services is preferred but not required.
