Role Description
This is a full- time hybrid position (in office/remote) for a Medical Assistant. Part-time candidates may be considered. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including providing patient care, managing medical records, supporting medical office functions and maintaining relationships with community organizations and healthcare partners.
Qualifications
- Skills in Medical Assisting and Patient Care
- Proficiency in Medical Terminology
- Experience managing Medical Records and Medical Office tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with families, vendors, community organizations, and healthcare partners
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced specialty clinic environment
- Experience in pediatric care is a plus
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program is required
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
