Position Summary
This position is responsible for safely and efficiently completing power washing jobs as directed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Able to withstand exposure to outside weather conditions: humidity, rain, and hot temperatures.
- Understands and adheres to company and safety policies and proper lifting techniques.
- Operate single axle trucks in compliance with local, state and company policies.
- Inspect truck for functionality prior to recycle pickup assignment.
- Ensure truck is fueled prior to each shift.
- Ensure the truck is kept clean and always maintained.
- Remove debris, trash etc. from lot prior to cleaning.
- Performing manual sweeping as needed.
- Operate power washing equipment properly.
- Responsible for set up and tear down of equipment required for the job.
- Check roads and weather conditions prior to starting route.
- Respond to client requests in a timely manner.
- Follow job requests as provided by manager.
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs. (Required)
- Ability to operate various equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, organizational, and follow-up skills, to ensure all responsibilities are consistently and efficiently met in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily duties with limited supervision and direction.
- Ability to problem solve, make sound decisions on routine matters and seek guidance from supervisor when needed.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to project professionalism and courtesy even in difficult situations.
Reporting
The Crew Member reports to the Production Manager.
Location
This position is based in Tulsa, OK and the employee will be expected to primarily work overnight Sunday – Thursday, with the possibility of Friday and Saturday as needed.

Pay: $17.51 - $18.01 per hour
