Gabby & Company Salon is looking for a licensed hairstylist with behind-the-chair experience who is motivated, reliable, and passionate about growing their career.

Responsibilities
- Consult with guests to understand their hair goals
- Perform haircuts, coloring, highlighting, blonding, styling, and treatments
- Recommend retail products based on client needs
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Build lasting relationships with guests
- Work collaboratively with the salon team
Qualifications
Required
- Florida Cosmetology License
- Minimum 2 years behind-the-chair experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication
- Positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience with blonding and dimensional color
- Retail sales experience
- Team-oriented mindset
- Social media confidence is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
