THE ROLE:

Nestled within the Forbes-rated Park Hyatt Chicago, NoMI Spa is a refined urban sanctuary where wellness and luxury converge. We are seeking a service-driven Spa Attendant to join our distinguished wellness team.

In this vital role, you will be entrusted with preserving the pristine ambiance of our treatment rooms, locker facilities, and relaxation lounges—ensuring each space is flawlessly maintained and thoughtfully appointed. From replenishing amenities with precision to curating an atmosphere of calm, your attention to detail will elevate every aspect of the guest experience.

You will serve as a gracious point of contact, engaging in seamless, professional communication with guests, internal colleagues, and select partners—both in person and via phone or email. Your intuitive service and discreet presence will contribute to the serene, five-star environment that defines NoMI Spa. Additionally, you will manage appointment schedules, tender payments for services and products, and maintain accurate records using spa management software.

WAGE INFORMATION:

The hourly rate for this position is $26.00. This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstances.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a distinguished environment, with a proven track record of directly engaging with guests and managing substantial call volumes within a fast-paced, service-centric setting.
Prior experience within a luxury spa, exclusive wellness center, or luxury hospitality environment is strongly preferred.
A genuine passion for wellness and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences with grace and sophistication.
An elevated professional presence, consistently embodying the standards of Forbes service excellence.
Meticulous attention to detail, with an innate ability to anticipate and fulfill the nuanced needs of our most discerning clientele.
Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, with the finesse to engage and build rapport with guests, colleagues, and external partners seamlessly and with sophistication.
A demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently while maintaining composure and elegance in a luxury service environment.
Physical stamina to maintain high energy, stand, lift, bend, and move moderate amounts of weight effortlessly, while upholding the refined standards of our spa throughout your shift.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spa management software for scheduling and payment processing.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
