Team Lead

Sales associates in your area will look to you for leadership, direction, training, and support. You are accountable for merchandise availability, department standards, and financial performance of your area.
Hourly associates and supervisors will be receiving a $2.00/hour pay differential for the Summer months beginning May 2nd and ending September 4th of this year!

- Digital Pick-up and Delivery Team Lead
- Homelines Team Lead
- Front End Team Lead
- Pharmacy Operations Team Lead
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting and answering their questions
- Tour your department to ensure it meets our customers' expectations
- Opportunity to lead teams ranging from 5- 30 people
- Prioritize tasks, execute processes and deliver results within your area toward common store goals.
- Ability to communicate, take direction at all levels, and turn it into action
