Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of client rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain impeccable standards
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces
- Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, buffing, or polishing using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow safety procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards
- Assist with laundry services including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Previous custodial or industrial cleaning experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
