A Different Kind of ABA Company
Little Spark ABA was built around the belief that quality clinical care should never be sacrificed for productivity.
We want our BCBAs to have the time, resources, flexibility, and support necessary to provide exceptional services.
You will not be expected to fit into a one-size-fits-all schedule. If you want a few hours per week, we can explore that. If you are looking to build a larger caseload, we can explore that too.
Our goal is to create opportunities that work for both our clinicians and the families we serve.
If you are a BCBA looking for flexibility, autonomy, supportive leadership, remote or hybrid opportunities, and an organization that genuinely prioritizes clinical quality, we would love to hear from you.
