Our Venice location is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Assistant General Manager in day to day operations.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Lead and support our FOH staff and Supervisors, ensuring they're on brand focused
- Implement company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Train, coach, and inspire our FOH team to deliver exceptional service.
- Keep a watchful eye on inventory and work closely with the General Manager to achieve our goals.
- Foster a sense of community within the Wanderlust family and embrace our company culture.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Demonstrate flexibility with availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Possess expert knowledge of our products and company values.
- Handle customer relations with grace and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and contribute to reducing waste and operating costs.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent team management and sales management abilities.
- Ability to supervise and motive a team to achieve goals.
