Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food and Beverage Manager to lead our vibrant dining operations. Duties
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, including casual dining, catering, and bar services.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize profitability.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Train and develop staff on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.
- Interview potential candidates to fill Food and Beverage roles.
Experience
- 2-5 year experience in food service management across casual dining, fine dining, or hotel settings.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance.
- Leadership skills in training & development, team building, and supervising diverse staff members.
