Property Manager- Full time -MUST have property management and leasing experience. Market rent apartment complex with 90 units. The goal of this fulltime position is to keep the property full with good, paying tenants, while addressing tenant and property needs. Vero Beach location . M-F 9am - 6pm, occasional Saturday or Sunday, as needed. Work the 1st Saturday of the month, and take off 1 day during the week. Must have some flexibility with hours .
The successful candidate must have at least 8 years of property management experience, excellent customer service and organizational skills , a bubbly personality, tech saavy, and attention to detail.
Job duties include, but not limited to the the following: All areas of managing a market rent property: leasing, supervise maintenance, move ins/ move outs, retention, develop and manage annual budget, coordinate scope of work and make ready after tenant moves out, maintain documents of company assets, KPI's.
Appfolio experience a huge PLUS! Must have a reliable car. No red tape. Deal directly with corporate office.
