We are looking for a professional Pasta Cook / Line Cook to prepare pasta dishes according to our restaurant standards and to manage the pasta station during service.
The Pasta Cook will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency, timing, and quality of all pasta dishes.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock the pasta station with all necessary supplies
- Cook and finish pasta dishes following recipes and service standards
- Prepare food for service (mise en place)
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service
- Follow kitchen procedures and daily instructions
- Ensure dishes are served on time, consistently, and at high quality
- Keep the station clean and properly store leftover food
- Assist with inventory and stock rotation
- Comply with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with co-workers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pasta Cook, Line Cook, or similar role
- Experience cooking pasta required
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to timing, consistency, and detail
- Team player, reliable, and organized
