Our expanding manufacturing facility is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be instrumental in ensuring our facility systems and production machinery operate reliably, safely, and efficiently. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels at troubleshooting and thrives in a high-speed industrial setting.
Core Duties-
Execute routine preventative maintenance tasks for both facility infrastructure and production machinery.

Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

Minimize production interruptions by responding rapidly to equipment failures.

Improve operational flow by diagnosing issues and applying effective repairs.

Document all maintenance activities and repairs with precision.

Manage work orders and track maintenance tasks using CMMS platforms like eMaint.

Help the production staff achieve maximum equipment uptime and performance.

Ensure a secure workplace by strictly adhering to all safety guidelines.

Perform other maintenance-related tasks as required.
Required Skills and Experience-
At least 4 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance.

Deep understanding of mechanical components including conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and motors.

Proven ability to repair and troubleshoot electrical systems.

Proficiency in interpreting mechanical blueprints and electrical diagrams.

Background in pneumatic systems, screw conveyors, or material handling equipment is a plus.

Willingness to work in a dusty, non-climate-controlled industrial setting.

Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks at heights or on ladders.

High School Diploma or GED.
