Job Summary: Provides routine field service and technical support daily to optimize customer satisfaction and demands.
As a Chemical Field Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Working safely and adhering to all Safety and Environment policies and guidelines to ensure compliance
- Managing chemical inventories
- Performing necessary field, lab testing, and injection system monitoring to ensure optimization of treatment programs.
- Inputting data and documentation of day-to-day activities
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of chemical pumps and injection systems
- Must be a self-starter that can work independently and as a team
- Self-motivated, organized and an effective communicator
- Diligently adhere to PPE required in daily field activities
- Deliver Chemicals when appropriate
- Other duties may be required
Job Requirements:
- Previous or related experience 1y+ is required
- Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English
- Able to manipulate 55 gallons drums of chemical
- Manipulate field equipment
- Must have mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass regular drug testing
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Computer skills – Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile apps, and Microsoft applications
