Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a classroom with children ages between 6 yrs to 14 yrs old.
- Engage students in fun and relevant coding & robotics lessons based on established curriculum and specific classroom needs
- Observe and track students’ progress and attendance
- Reinforce positive student behavior and session rules
- Maintain a positive relationship with all students, families and staff
- Communicate with management to discuss member progress, needs, and concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience with elementary-aged children preferred
- Currently pursuing or holding a college degree
- Reliable transportation (most locations not near public transit)
- Dependable, punctual, and adaptable
- Able to pass a background check
- Tech-savvy or willing to learn (we provide training)
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20–$30/hour (based on role and experience)
- Hours: 10-15 hours/week (mostly after school; some weekends)
- Work Location: In-person at schools
