Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and floor maintenance to preserve the longevity and appearance of surfaces.
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
- Experience
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable.
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in hotels or hospitality settings is a plus.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
- Experience with laundry operations and stain removal techniques.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
