Shippenville Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our fun, upbeat, and supportive team! If you’re passionate about helping residents regain mobility and independence while working in a positive, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist (PT):
Evaluate and treat residents in a SNF/LTC setting
Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)
Educate residents and families on treatment plans and goals
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Positive, energetic attitude
