Testa Companies is seeking a part time property manager for a LITHC property in Akron. Duties include but are not limited to: leasing apartments, complying with company policies and procedures, fair housing laws, state landlord/tenant laws and LIHTC rules, greeting residents and handling inquiries, coordinating resident activities, and annual inspections of units. Previous leasing experience is a plus. EOE.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
