We are looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our New York team. In this role, you will manage brand relationships, oversee livestream campaign planning and execution, and help drive account growth through TikTok Shop.
Role Overview
As a TikTok Live Stream Account Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact for assigned brand partners and be responsible for managing the overall success of their livestream business. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to plan campaigns, execute livestream initiatives, track performance, and identify opportunities for long-term growth.
This role requires strong project management skills, client communication, and a solid understanding of livestream e-commerce. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where execution quality and business results both matter.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners, managing day-to-day communication and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Own client deliverables, ensuring all plans, updates, reports, recaps, and follow-up materials are shared accurately and on time.
- Maintain ongoing reporting to clients, including performance updates, post-live recaps, key insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop launch plans, campaign strategies, livestream initiatives, and long-term growth opportunities.
- Lead planning for livestream campaigns, including timelines, sales goals, execution plans, and cross-functional coordination.
- Provide recommendations on livestream room design and studio setup to align with brand positioning, campaign themes, and product focus.
- Support product selection and assortment planning based on brand priorities, inventory, customer demand, and livestream performance.
- Develop promotional strategies for livestream campaigns, including traffic-driving plans, audience engagement tactics, and sales rhythm.
- Recommend deal structures such as flash sales, bundles, limited-time offers, gifts with purchase, and giveaways to maximize conversion and GMV.
- Partner closely with internal teams, including operations, hosts, creative, and ads, to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
- Track key performance metrics, monitor campaign results, and identify opportunities to improve account performance and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal resources and execution plans to ensure client goals are translated into clear actions and delivered effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must have legal work authorization in the United States.
- 1+ year of experience in account management, e-commerce, livestreaming, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working with performance data and using insights to support decision-making and optimization.
- Strong interest in TikTok, social commerce, livestreaming, and the broader digital media landscape.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing team environment.
Schedule
Shift: 10:00–18:30 or 12:30–21:00
