What You’ll Do
As a Winder Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently:
- Set up and operate Elsner and other winding equipment

Read and interpret production orders to prepare materials and machine settings
-
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for optimal output
-
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to reduce downtime
-
Perform quality checks using measuring tools and visual inspection
-
Maintain production flow by keeping machines running efficiently

Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate machinery

Basic math skills (including measurements and unit conversions)
-
Ability to read and follow instructions, safety procedures, and specifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good communication skills and teamwork mindset

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Experience in manufacturing, converting, or production environments
-
Familiarity with winding equipment or Elsner machines
-
Mechanical troubleshooting or machine adjustment experience
