Responsibilities
- Conduct Reiki energy healing sessions, ensuring a calming and supportive environment for clients
- Assess clients’ energetic needs and tailor Reiki treatments accordingly
- Educate clients on the principles of Reiki and self-care practices to support ongoing wellness
- Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to develop personalized treatment plans for clients with specific health conditions or stress-related issues
- Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with health regulations
- Stay current with industry best practices and continue professional development in energy healing and massage therapies
Requirements
- Certification as a Reiki Master Practitioner with proven experience in energy healing techniques
- Proficiency in patient assessment and customizing treatments based on individual needs
- Strong communication skills to educate clients effectively about energy work and self-care strategies
- Ability to create a peaceful atmosphere conducive to relaxation and healing
- Prior experience working in med spa settings or holistic health environments is a plus
