Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
- Load and unload packages throughout the day
- Follow GPS navigation and assigned delivery routes
- Complete delivery scans using a handheld device
- Follow all FedEx, DOT, and company safety procedures
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays or route changes
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
Typical routes average 140 stops per day in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and move packages up to 150 pounds with a hand truck when necessary
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Previous delivery experience with FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, USPS, or other delivery companies is preferred but not required.
Schedule
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- Monday through Saturday
- Tuesday through Sunday
- Weekend Only (Saturday & Sunday)
- Start time: 8:00 AM
- Typical shifts: 8–9 hours
