Are you passionate about premium travel gear and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Briggs & Riley, a leader in innovative luggage and travel accessories, is looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate and Store Manager to join our retail team in Palo Alto.
Location: Town & Country Village, Palo Alto, CA
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-time positions available.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding of merchandise.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing inventory to ensure product availability.
- Stay informed on product features and benefits to confidently educate customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to foster a collaborative work atmosphere
What We Are Looking For:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for travel, premium products and helping people.
Ability to work flexible hours, including one weekend day.
A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed expectations.
