The Lead Dispensary Agent will work closely with store management in overseeing aspects of the retail operation, including sales performance, customer service, staff management, inventory control, security and compliance management. A Lead Agent assists in daily operations including opening and closing of the store, cash handling and reconciliation, inventory control, and customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Assist GM in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail location, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and State regulatory requirements governing cannabis dispensary operations.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation to align with Klutch brand standards and create a positive retail environment.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Support sales and product knowledge training with staff to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Utilize technology platforms to monitor team location performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Exemplify Klutch culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that all staff members are trained to deliver a positive and memorable experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer with solutions aligned with policy and leadership.
Staff Management and Development:
- Assist GM in training retail staff
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Inventory Control and Merchandising:
- Accurately fulfill customer orders according to company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in preparing, accepting and completing deliveries, ensuring strict compliance with state regulations and Klutch Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in completeing Daily Day Storage Inventory Audits; ensure inventory discrepancies are immediately rectified.
- Assist in the completion and documentation of destruction on a weekly basis according to state regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform and document returns authorized by the GM.
- Monitor inventory levels and merchandise assortment to ensure alignment with plan and product mix objectives.
- Oversee in store merchandising initiatives, including product displays, signage, and promotional materials, to ensure compliance with corporate visual merchandising guidelines.
Financial Management:
- Complete daily cash handling tasks and reconciliation of the location including, completing cash drops, preparing registers, confirming petty cash, closing and reconciling cash payments at the close of business each day, and completing all required cash documentation.
- Report and investigate cash discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of cost-control measures and operational efficiencies to optimize profitability and resource utilization.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
