HVAC Apprentice Position Overview
As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians and installers while learning the HVAC trade through hands-on training and real-world experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and build a rewarding career in the skilled trades.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HVAC system installations, including ductwork and equipment
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
- Support repairs and replacement of HVAC components under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow company safety procedures and job site protocols
- Learn to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Provide professional customer service
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical aptitude

- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to obtain)

HVAC Installer / TechnicianPosition Overview
As an HVAC Technician, you'll install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Assemble and install mechanical and electronic HVAC components
- Fabricate and install ductwork
- Repair fuel, water, electrical, and control systems
- Install and replace motors, compressors, thermostats, fans, valves, and related equipment
- Interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to evaluate system performance
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Preferred Experience
- HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience
- Knowledge of HVAC/R controls and refrigeration systems
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- HVAC service technician experience
- Appliance repair experience is a plus
Requirements
