Light Staffing Agency is hiring reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout Vista and surrounding areas.

Available Shifts
AM: 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM or 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
PM: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM or 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
NOC: 10:30 PM – 07:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
CNA Responsibilities
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Support residents with meals and hydration
Take and record vital signs
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Provide care under nursing supervision
Follow facility policies and care standards
Requirements
Active California CNA certification
CPR/BLS preferred
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation
Dependable and compassionate attitude
Available for AM, PM, or NOC shifts
